Terms of Service

1. Who can use CloudBOT

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not live in, or act for anyone in, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions (including North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, Sudan and the Crimea region), and you must not be on a sanctions list.
• Using CloudBOT must be legal where you live. That is your responsibility to check.

2. Trading

• Every trade happens through a Steam trade offer from one of our bots. Before accepting, check that the offer message shows the security token from your trade page.
• Items you sell must be yours and obtained legitimately.
• Steam outages, trade holds, or restrictions on your Steam account can delay or block a trade. These are outside our control.

3. Refunds

• Completed trades are final. If a trade is cancelled or fails, any balance held for it is returned to you.
• If a deposit cannot be exchanged, the exchange partner sends the coins back to the refund address you gave, minus their fees. If you did not give one, contact us.
• If an exchange partner returns a withdrawal, our team reviews it and then adds the amount back to your balance.
• Crypto sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network, or without a required memo or tag cannot be refunded.

4. Identity verification (KYC)

• To meet legal and compliance requirements, our exchange partners may require identity verification (KYC) if suspicious or unusual activity is detected.
• By using CloudBOT, you agree to provide the documents requested when asked.
• If you cannot provide them, your funds may be held until verification is completed.

5. Fees

There is no trading fee. For deposits and withdrawals, the exchange and network fees are already included in the quote you see before you confirm, and CloudBOT does not charge anything on top. We may change our pricing in the future. Any change will not affect trades or payments already confirmed.

6. Rewards and referrals

• The selling bonus, freebie tasks, and referral earnings are described on the Freebies page. Each reward is checked when you claim it.
• We may change or end any reward at any time. Rewards you have already claimed stay in your balance.
• Using more than one account, referring yourself, trading items back and forth to reach a target, or otherwise gaming a reward is not allowed. Rewards gained that way may be removed.

7. What you must not do

• Use CloudBOT for fraud, money laundering, or to move stolen items or funds.
• Use CloudBOT to get around sanctions or any other law.
• Exploit bugs or errors, or try to access accounts or systems that are not yours. If you find a bug, please report it to us.
• Overload the site, or use bots or scripts against it beyond normal use.
• Pretend to be CloudBOT or our staff.

8. Suspension and closing your account

We may block trading on an account, or suspend it, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms, puts other users or CloudBOT at risk, or if the law requires it. Where the law allows, we may hold or withhold balances linked to prohibited activity.

You can stop using CloudBOT at any time. If you want to close your account, contact us, and you can withdraw your remaining balance first, subject to these terms.

9. Third-party services

CloudBOT relies on services we do not control, including Steam, exchange partners, blockchain networks, and Discord. Their own terms apply when you use them.

CloudBOT is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Steam, Team Fortress 2, and the items traded here are trademarks or property of Valve Corporation.

10. Risks

Crypto prices can change quickly, and networks can be slow or congested. Values shown in US dollars are estimates where the site says so. You use crypto at your own risk.

11. No warranty and limits on liability

CloudBOT is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it running 24/7, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, CloudBOT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the trade or payment it concerns. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use CloudBOT after a change means you accept the new terms.
