Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• From Steam: your Steam ID, profile name, and avatar. We never see your Steam password. When you claim the Steam group freebie, we check your public Steam profile.
• What you enter: your trade URL, wallet addresses (with any memo or tag), a referral code, your alerts, and your Discord ID and username if you link Discord.
• Your activity: trades, balance history, rewards, and deposits and withdrawals (coin, network, amounts, addresses, and transaction IDs).
• Technical details: your IP address and country, browser, time zone, and language.

CloudBOT is for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

2. How we use it

To run CloudBOT (sign-in, trades, deposits, withdrawals, rewards, and notifications), to prevent fraud and abuse, to meet legal obligations such as sanctions, to answer you, and to improve the site. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

• Steam, because every trade is a Steam trade offer.
• Our crypto exchange provider and its partners, for each deposit and withdrawal: the coin, amount, and addresses, plus your IP address, browser, time zone, and language, which they require. A partner may ask you to verify your identity.
• Discord, if you link it. Our staff also receive service logs, which can include your Steam ID and payment details, in private Discord channels.
• Cloudflare, which runs our DNS and protects the site; the provider that hosts our servers; and Google Analytics.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

These services may process information outside your country. Deposits and withdrawals are also visible on public blockchains.

4. Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits, and a few preferences are saved in your browser.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account exists, deposit and withdrawal records (including the technical details sent with them) for at least 5 years, and trade and balance history as long as needed for accounting and fraud prevention.

6. Your rights

You can update your trade URL on your Profile page and disconnect Discord at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, except records we must keep. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. For questions or requests about your information, reach us on our Discord server.
